	Susan Blackford Susan M. Blackford has been a professional Realtor since December 1987. Believing that it is her duty as a Real Estate professional to be the best educated agent possible, she has obtained her CRS and GRI degrees. Susan was Bisbee's Professional Woman of the Year in 2005. She also has served as President of the Armory Park Neighborhood Association (Tucson's oldest Historic district) and a past Commissioner of the Tucson-Pima County Historic Commission. As a Commissioner, she represented the Mayor and the City Council of Tucson.

		Wayne Lockridge Wayne has roots right here in Bisbee. His grandparents raised their family here. His grandfather worked in the famous Bisbee mines and later became caretaker of the historic Evergreen cemetery. Wayne moved to Bisbee in 1969 and started a successful business. Retiring in 2002, he married Susan and they started their joint career in real estate. Wayne is Long Realty Bisbee’s broker and every year is consistent in selling over $2 million in real estate.
